This blog started as "365 Gap Days" -- a way to journal my gap year before college and make sure I was doing something memorable each day. After living a year of one different experience after the next, I realized that the one thing I did daily was learn something -- and take some time to reflect on it at the end of the day. And so, on continues my blog, with the name and frequency of writing changed, but still slowing down to remember, one moment at a time.
Another sick day! After reading my selection in The Power of Now, I spent most of the morning trying to decide if my room was burning hot or freezing cold. Needless to say, my hour of meditation turned into a nap even more quickly than usual.
My biggest (only) accomplishment was making some progress in tidying my pigsty of a room.
I am, however, feeling hopeful for tomorrow, and have been planning my last lesson for a little while now. Looking forward to returning to work!
